QOTD:What is your favorite read?I have many.I love Harry Potter series,Women's murder club series, also fell for The Twilight series.....I love to read in spurts.Sometimes for months then not for months...it is a relaxing cheap hobby!!!!!I am not into music and movies but I like books....
Have a great day everyone I expect a late day today........
Good Morning,
I am up early again today . . today is my last day of freedom as I am heading back to work tomorrow . . I actually am looking forward to getting into a routine again. I will continue to see the doctor everyday because of the open incision and have a visiting nurse on the weekends until I am healed on the inside. I went shopping yesterday to get a few new things for work . . it is fun not having to buy over sized shirts to hide my tummy . . I love all this fitted stuff. . . and I'm still swollen so by spring I will really be having fun.
I said once I had my tummy tuck I was no longer going to hide under baggy shirts so yesterday I cleaned my closet so now it is time to shop.
QOTD- I'm not much of a reader . . I try but just can't get into it . . I'm a crafter. I do read the bible for comfort when I am troubled. My daughter has the Twilight series here at my house and I thought this winter I would try to read it. My mom reads a book a day and has since I was a little girl and my daughter is the same way .. when she travels the weight in her suit case is all books . . sorry I'm rambling .
Enjoy your day!

Just got up and brewing my black decaf coffee..
QOTD-Love to read and, like you, go in spurts but a little more frequent. I am now reading the third book in the "Irish Country Doctor" series. Just a lightweight, entertaining series. I also loved the "Ladies Detective Agency" series, too. A great book, that I just finished is "The Heretic's Daughter" which is historical fiction about the Salem witch trials. "A Thousand Splendid Suns" is a profound, moving classic. Love all kinds of genres of books........

Miracles of miracles happened yesterday. I was told my psych. eval. would be started by the end of next week, and then sent on to St. John. So as I'm praying I'm asking that if it's meant to be, please push this eval through. Then I kind of laugh and tell God that I'll just leave it up to Him. First thing yesterday morning, Becky from St. John calls and leaves me a message that she has the evaluation in her hand, and the next step is on to the nursing staff for scheduling. Can you believe it?
QOTD-I mostly read cookbooks, but that's not really sit-down reading. When I do read, it's usually chick lit like Jennifer Weiner. I did read the Twilight series, and thought the first one was AMAZING, and the rest....just Meh. I like the story, but IMO Stephenie Meyer isn't really a good author.
Ok, enough of my mile long post today. Gotta go start my car...it's freezing out there!
